1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "46bd" refers to the online betting and casino platform accessible at 46bd.io, including all sub-pages, products, services, features, and communication channels operated under the 46bd brand.
• "Member" or "Player" means any individual who has successfully completed the registration process and holds a verified 46bd account.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member upon registration, used to access the platform, manage funds, and participate in betting and gaming activities.
• "Platform" means the 46bd website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated software or technology through which the services are delivered.
• "Services" means all products offered by 46bd , including sports betting, live casino, slots, table games, crash games, virtual sports, and any promotional activities.
• "Bet" means any wager placed by a Member on a sporting event or casino game outcome through the 46bd platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Member's account under a specific promotion.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Member using any accepted payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered before it may be converted to a withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all transactions on the 46bd platform are denominated.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "Register", "Sign Up", or any equivalent confirmation action during the account creation process, or by accessing or using any part of the 46bd platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand their contents, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the 46bd platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any sport-specific or game-specific betting rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary document, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the supplementary document expressly states otherwise.

46bd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Members are advised to review this document periodically.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the 46bd platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The 46bd platform is strictly restricted to adults aged 21 and above. Any individual under the age of 21 is prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing bets on the platform.
• You must be a natural person (corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted).
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and keep that information up to date at all times.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of 46bd, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended 46bd account. One account per person is strictly enforced. Duplicate accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.
• You must be legally entitled to participate in online betting and casino activities under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

4. Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold only one registered account on the 46bd platform. Members must provide their real full name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address during the registration process. All information provided must be accurate and must match the identity documents you will be required to submit for verification purposes.

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials, including username and password. You must not share your account access details with any third party, and you must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account. 46bd will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Member has failed to protect their login credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 46bd immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. 46bd reserves the right to suspend an account pending investigation upon receipt of such a notification.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

46bd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. Members may be required to submit identity verification documents at the time of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any point during the life of their account at 46bd's discretion.

Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to: a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence, or birth registration certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Address verification may be supported by a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued correspondence dated within the last three months.

Until KYC verification is completed to 46bd's satisfaction, withdrawal requests may be held pending. 46bd reserves the right to close an account and return deposited funds (minus any winnings) where a Member fails to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period of time.

6. Deposits

All deposits made to a 46bd account must come from a payment account or mobile financial service registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Accepted deposit methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select Bangladeshi bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank). Accepted methods are subject to change; the current list is always displayed on the deposit page of the platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to the Member's account balance immediately upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• 46bd does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• All deposits are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• 46bd reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in the Member's own name and matching the deposit source where reasonably practicable. 46bd does not facilitate withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment instruments.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within one to four hours of the request being approved by the 46bd payments team, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank's processing times.
• 46bd reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request.
• Bonus Funds cannot be directly withdrawn; only the portion of a Member's balance that represents a cleared Real Money Balance — having met any applicable Wagering Requirements — is eligible for withdrawal.
• In the event of suspected fraud or breach of these Terms & Conditions, 46bd may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal pending investigation.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

46bd offers various promotional bonuses and incentives to Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses and promotions are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions in addition to the general terms set out in this section.

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on a Member's account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Bonus Funds expire if the applicable Wagering Requirements are not met within the time period specified in the individual promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.
• 46bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Any such change will not affect bets or wagering activity already placed in good faith under the original promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and may not be exchanged for cash directly.
• 46bd reserves the right to refuse or claw back any bonus where it reasonably believes that a Member is abusing the promotional system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other forms of bonus abuse.

9. Betting Rules

All bets placed through the 46bd sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing a bet. General principles governing all betting activity on the 46bd platform are as follows:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 46bd does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been accepted by the system, except where a manifest error has occurred (see below).
• In the event of a manifest error — including an obviously incorrect price, line, or market description caused by a system or human error — 46bd reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Member's account, regardless of the outcome of the event.
• 46bd reserves the right to suspend any market at any time without notice, including during live in-play events, in response to breaking news, match incidents, or liquidity concerns.
• Settlement of bets will be based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the absence of an official result within a reasonable time, 46bd's trading team will apply its published sport-specific settlement rules.
• Void bets (where the event has not taken place or has been abandoned without a result) will have the staked amount returned to the Member's account.
• The maximum stake per bet and the maximum payout per bet are subject to limits that may vary by market and event. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.

10. Casino Games

All casino games available on the 46bd platform — including slots, live dealer tables, table games, crash games, and virtual sports — are provided by third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each individual game are governed by that game's own rules screen, accessible within the game interface.

All games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time physical dealing processes broadcast via HD video stream. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are based on long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session or bet.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 46bd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the 46bd platform, whether under the same identity or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent stage of the account lifecycle.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform's software for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim a single bonus, and coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee a profit from promotional offers regardless of outcome (commonly known as "bonus hunting" or "arbitrage betting" against promotional terms).
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any bet or game.
• Depositing funds that are derived from criminal activity, or using the 46bd platform for any money laundering purpose.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access your 46bd account or use your account credentials.
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.

12. Account Suspension and Closure

46bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has engaged in prohibited conduct, breached these Terms & Conditions, or where the continuation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other members.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Member will be notified by email. During a suspension period, the Member will be unable to log in, place bets, or request withdrawals. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, the account may be permanently closed and any balance may be forfeited. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any accrued balance will be made available.

Members who are experiencing gambling-related difficulties are encouraged to request self-exclusion rather than simple account closure — see Section 13 for details.

13. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount they can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for their own personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 46bd platform or its content without the prior written consent of 46bd. Any unauthorised use of 46bd's intellectual property may result in account closure and civil or criminal liability.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 46bd's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

46bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from a Member's use of the platform. 46bd is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, third-party payment provider delays, or events outside of 46bd's reasonable control (force majeure).

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 46bd's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

17. Amendments to These Terms

46bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes by email to the address registered on their account and/or by a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms & Conditions will be effective from the date of publication on the 46bd website.

If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the platform and contact [email protected] to request account closure. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
